Decoupage is the art of using paper cut-outs and pressed flowers to decorate vases or other vessels. We will also spend time learning basic flower arranging while building a fresh mini bouquet.
All materials, dried flowers, and instruction included. Each registration is for one vase and one bouquet. Registration closes Thursday, April 30th. Limited seats available.
